Interlink Young Adult Ministry is entering an important season of growth, visibility, and expansion. With major upcoming initiatives including the FIFA World Cup outreach this summer, the Young Adult and Young Professional Conference this fall, and the development of international cohort communities, the organization needs a digital presence that can effectively support both immediate event promotion and long-term community building. This project is centered on creating a vibrant, modern, and highly scalable website that clearly communicates Interlink’s mission, serves its diverse audiences of young adults and seasoned professionals, and provides the internal team with an easy-to-manage platform for publishing events, updates, and ministry initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
The mission of this project is to design and develop a high-performing, easy-to-manage Webflow website that provides Interlink with a strong digital framework for both immediate engagement and long-term growth. This will be achieved through a strategically structured site architecture, a CMS-powered content and events system, clear audience pathways for different visitor types, and a donation funnel designed to support donor awareness and giving growth over time. The website will be built with a strong emphasis on usability, mobile responsiveness, SEO best practices, and scalability, creating a solid foundation that can evolve alongside the ministry’s expanding initiatives, partnerships, and community outreach efforts in the years ahead.
The website design will reflect Interlink’s vibrant and forward-looking mission through an engaging, modern, bold, and contemporary visual experience tailored to young adults and young professionals. Using vibrant brand colors, strong imagery, and a clean layout, the design will guide visitors naturally toward events, volunteer opportunities, mentorship pathways, and donation touchpoints while creating an energetic and highly intuitive experience across all devices.
The website will be custom-built in Webflow with clean, semantic HTML5 and CSS3 to ensure optimal structure and accessibility. We’ll prioritize fast loading times through optimized assets and lean code, providing a smooth user experience across all devices. Interactive elements and animations will be powered by efficient, well-structured GSAP and JavaScript to enhance engagement without compromising performance. We'll ensure full flexibility for future updates and integrations, and maximize conversion potential through technical excellence and best practices in SEO.
The donation funnel will be strategically designed to guide visitors from mission awareness to action through clear storytelling, impact-driven messaging, and thoughtfully placed calls to give. The goal is to create a natural pathway that builds trust, communicates how support makes a difference, and encourages both one-time and recurring donations. We'll integrate with a third party donor system like Donorbox to achieve a smooth donor process.
The website will include a dynamic CMS-driven events system that allows your team to quickly launch new event landing pages, publish event details, and manage RSVP invitations without developer support. This framework will make it easy to promote future conferences, mixers, outreach initiatives, and ministry events while maintaining a consistent and engaging user experience.
This propsal scope will include 12 core pages consisting of the Homepage, About page, Spiritual/Social/Professional content page, Conference page integrated with a third party booking/payment system, dynamic Event detail page template (allowing for unlimited event pages to be launched dynamically), Volunteer / Join Our Team page, Donate / Sponsor page, Blog / Newsletter Archive, Contact page, and a Cohorts page designed to support future international community growth. Together, these pages create a strong foundational website structure that supports ministry storytelling, event promotion, donor engagement, and long-term scalability.
Credibility and trust will be established through intentional storytelling, clear communication of Interlink’s mission and impact, and the strategic use of social proof throughout the website. This includes highlighting ministry milestones, event attendance, partnerships, endorsements, testimonials, and real imagery from past initiatives to demonstrate momentum and legitimacy. Within the donor funnel, these trust signals will be placed at key decision points to reinforce confidence, show tangible impact, and strengthen the visitor’s willingness to support the mission financially.
The website will be built on a strong SEO foundation to improve visibility and support long-term growth in search traffic. This includes semantic page structure, optimized headings and metadata, descriptive image tagging, mobile performance optimization, schema markup implementation, and search-friendly content architecture across all core pages, events, and blog content. The goal is to ensure Interlink’s initiatives, conferences, and ministry resources are easily discoverable as the organization continues to expand its reach.
Comprehensive pre-launch testing, deployment, SEO, and a personalized walkthrough session to ensure the Interlink team can confidently manage and grow the website moving forward.
We're excited to develop Interlink's website and digital experience platform. The total cost is $5,400 structured as a 6-month payment plan of $900 per month. allowing the project to move forward in a way that supports both development momentum and budget flexibility. The first monthly installment will initiate the project and development timeline, with the remaining installments continuing monthly until the full balance is completed. This structure supports an anticipated delivery timeline of approximately 6 weeks, with completion targeted for mid-to-late May.
